Hiked this on 1/23. There are 18 sites in the campground. The trail offers a number of activity options. Fairly popular right now, lots of leaf peepers and parking is limited. I wouldn't consider it a trail rather a park road. Prepare for the weather as higher elevations can be much cooler and windy.
